Fiber Composite Product
The stiffness of a material refers to its capability of retaining
its dimensions. Stiffness is crucial in all those applications
where
stability of dimensions is needed.
An invention of a fiber composite product has been accomplished
which, according to numerical experiments, is able to provide
a stiffness benefit of 20...60%, in relation to a corresponding
traditional product.
The structure of the invented product is non-trivial.
However, it is possible to produce the product effectively
in an industrical scale.
Laboratory experiments
regarding the performance of such
a product have been very recently conducted.
Some results will be reported soon.
Preparations for experiments for verifying the industrially
applicable production technigue are in progress.
